The award winning Lorna Irene Reserve Playground is a first-of-its-kind play space for the children and families of Paraparaumu.
For a number of years, the need for a wheelchair-accessible playground grew and in 2022 the Kapiti Coast District Council began working with Creo to update the existing playground and create a fully inclusive play space for all the children in their community.
The new playground at Lorna Irene has given children with all ranges of abilities the opportunity to do what they do best, play, have fun, and build connections in an inclusive environment.

When Katie Pennicott at Sunnyvale Primary saw the playground showing its age, she didn’t just settle for a like for like—she reimagined the space entirely.

We're excited to share this fantastic project we recently completed in Hokitika! It was a privilege to work with the Westland District Council - Te Kahui o Poutini and local community groups to bring this project to life.
A massive shoutout to our incredible Creo team for designing and building this playspace—we’re truly proud of it and know it will be a great asset to the community.

Caroline Bay Playground is the result of the passion, commitment, and hard work of the CPlay group.
The group won another award last Friday: the South Canterbury Chamber of Commerce 2024.
After winning Recreation Aotearoa - Te Whai Oranga award, this is just another incredible recognition.
As Roselyn Fauth says, "This is an iconic jewel in Timaru's crown." We need more projects where community effort can bring results for everybody!
