Building a playground should not be complicated. But sometimes choosing the right equipment, working out the civils, engaging different contractors or even going to tender can be a mission.
With Creo Complete Playground Packages, we remove these hurdles and sort everything out for you.
Still unsure? Check how it works below:
What is included?
We will handle the whole project! Each package includes playground equipment, safety surfacing, timber edging, full installation, safety fencing, and site-specific safety planning (SSSP). Everything is fully compliant with NZS 5828.
Safety surfacing is either playground certified woodchip, playground compliant Pour’n’ Play rubber or a combination of both as shown in the design.
Site conditions
We price based on ‘good ground’ conditions—a level site with adequate drainage. The site must be cleared of previous structures, free from tree roots, redundant pipes and underground services, playground footings and other obvious obstructions before we start.
Pricing applies to main centres across New Zealand. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside these areas.
Lead Times
Timber elements manufactured in-house: 4–6 weeks.
Surfacing and imported components: Confirmed at time of quote.
Lead time starts after the deposit and confirmed site readiness.
Package Customisation
Customisation of the package is permitted within reasonable limits, subject to prior approval by Creo. Acceptable modifications may include changes to colours, substitution of equivalent components, or minor adjustments to the playground footprint.
All substitutions must be of equal or lesser value unless otherwise agreed in writing. Equipment upgrades and substantial modifications, including but not limited to layout changes, will incur additional costs. All variations must be requested in writing and may be subject to revised pricing and lead times.
Are your products made in New Zealand?
Yes – all our wood and rubber products are proudly made in Oamaru, New Zealand.
For products manufactured in Oamaru, nearly all componentry is locally sourced, including items like ropes, handles, grips, stainless bars, slides, and belt swings. Some specialised components, such as basket swings, are imported.
Equipment not made in Oamaru – such as rope climbs, carousels, and trampolines – is imported.
What warranty is included?
NZ-made equipment: Creo manufacturer’s warranty.
Imported equipment: Covered by the original manufacturer.
Warranty details are included with each package and spec sheet.
