A larger-footprint modular playground structure designed for New Zealand schools, councils and community spaces. Expanding the play experience into a sprawling interconnected course, it keeps children moving, problem-solving and collaborating throughout.
Constructed from aluminium posts, stainless steel structure and fastenings, HPL panels and marine-grade 16mm rope, it is built to withstand New Zealand conditions and requires minimal maintenance. Its open-frame perimeter design maintains excellent supervision sightlines across the full structure.
Supporting up to 30 children simultaneously, it encourages active and physical challenge, gross motor development, social and cooperative play, and age-appropriate risk progression — as well as leadership and navigation skills as children find their own routes through the structure.
Available in a full colour range and compliant with NZS 5828, it is a versatile, high-capacity investment for any New Zealand playground.
Three certified surfacing options, each included in your fixed price. Every surface meets NZS 5828 fall-height safety requirements.

Every Complete Playground Package includes playground equipment, certified safety surfacing, timber edging, safety fencing, full installation, and a Site-Specific Safety Plan. Everything is fully compliant with NZS 5828. The Creo team handles the entire project from delivery to handover — one point of contact, zero coordination headaches.
Pricing is based on good ground conditions — a level site with adequate drainage. The site must be cleared of previous structures, free from tree roots, redundant pipes, underground services, and other obstructions before work begins. Pricing applies to main centres across New Zealand. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside these areas.
Timber elements are manufactured in-house at Creo’s Oamaru facility. Lead time for timber components is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. A full installation schedule and Gantt chart is included in the downloadable info pack.
Customisation is permitted within reasonable limits, subject to prior approval by Creo. Acceptable modifications include changes to colours, substitution of equivalent components, or minor adjustments to the playground footprint. All substitutions must be of equal or lesser value unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Builder is part of the Ready to Grow range — structures designed from the ground up to accept future additions. As your school’s roll grows or your budget allows, Creo can add new circuit modules, swing bays, or standalone pieces without replacing the existing structure.
The Builder’s fixed price, detailed specification, and NZS 5828 compliance documentation make it straightforward to present to your Board of Trustees and include in grant applications. The downloadable info pack includes technical drawings, high-resolution renders, and a Gantt chart — everything your board needs to approve with confidence.
