Project Update: Christchurch Airport completed

Christchurch Airport Playspace — Complete

The bespoke C-17 plane has landed, the rubber is set, equipment installed and the Christchurch Airport playspace is ready for take-off.

A standout build from start to finish, this project blends bold landmark design with rich sensory play. The custom C-17 plane gives the space its identity, anchored by a mound with slide and tunnel, a sensory wall, and a series of Pour’N’Play rubber rocks and 2D shapes scattered across the surface.

The Stats

  • Bespoke C-17 plane
  • Sensory wall
  • Mound with slide and tunnel
