Project Update: Gilkison Street Playground, Dunedin City Council
Gilkison Street Playground
A complete surfacing transformation for Dunedin City Council.
Across 49.5 m², the team removed the existing surfacing, installed compacted basecourse, and laid 30 metres of timber edging. The finished surface is a 75mm poured rubber shockpad base topped with a 15mm Pour’N’Play Rubber layer – colour mix 35% purple, 65% dark grey.
A clean, compliant, community-ready result. The photos tell the story.
The surfacing work was carried out by NumatREC, New Zealand’s specialist in recreational and playground surfacing. Find out more at numatrec.co.nz.
